- The Prime Minister also unveiled the statue of Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh, released an e-booklet titled “Aadi Shaurya”, and planted a sapling under the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam campaign.
- The inauguration was attended by Governor Ramen Deka, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, and Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram, among other dignitaries.
About Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh
- Born: 1795, Sonakhan village, Chhattisgarh.
- Known as: First freedom fighter of Chhattisgarh.
- Role: Led a tribal revolt against British oppression during the 1857 uprising.

- Executed by: British colonial forces in 1857 for leading an armed resistance.
- The Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Cricket Stadium in Raipur is also named in his honour.
