2. How We Collect Information

We may collect information directly from you, automatically when you use our services, and from service providers that support our operations.

  • When you access courses, eBooks, quizzes, tests, downloads, invoices, or other student features.
  • When transactions are initiated, completed, failed, cancelled, or refunded.

4. Purchases and Billing

Our services may include paid digital content or premium access. Where applicable and permitted, supported payment options may be presented to eligible users in accordance with platform requirements, applicable laws, and Google Play policies.

  • Payment processing may be handled by Google Play and/or an approved alternative billing system, depending on eligibility, user location, and the payment option shown to the user.
  • We do not store your complete card number, CVV, bank password, or full UPI credentials on our own servers.
  • We may maintain limited transaction records such as order or reference ID, purchased item, amount, invoice details, payment status, access status, and refund status for access management, accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, and legal compliance.

5. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information only when necessary for operating our services.

  • Service Providers: hosting providers, payment partners, OTP providers, analytics or technical service vendors, customer support tools, or similar operational vendors.

  • In-app deletion: If available in your account settings, you may use the in-app delete account option.
  • Web deletion request: You may also submit a deletion request at https://www.spardhapragathi.com/account-delete.php.
  • Email support: You may contact us at contact@spardhapragathi.com for deletion-related help.
  • Approved deletion requests will result in deletion of the account and associated personal data, except information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, financial recordkeeping, or dispute resolution.
