What happens when you request deletion?

When your request is approved after verification, we will delete your app account and associated personal data, except information that we may retain for legitimate reasons such as fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping.

Your login access may be removed.
Purchased access, progress history, and related account data may no longer be recoverable.
Some records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for security and compliance.

Before submitting

Use the same email address or mobile number linked to your student account whenever possible.
If you have an active paid subscription or pending support issue, mention it in the reason field.
If we need to verify account ownership, our team may contact you before processing deletion.
